"Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be."
This was so impossible in the flesh, because Abraham would be a hundred years old and Sarah would be ninety. Isaac was a son of promise, not of the flesh.
"And Abraham was an hundred years old, when his son Isaac was born unto him."
